Why We Love Nostalgia?

Nostalgia, blocks our minds from the truth or even reality. Every memory wasn't a good one the rush of dopamine and serotonin running through our minds convinces us to think otherwise. Nostalgia created euphoria and that is powerful because of the loneliness and unworthy times you may feel in this world. Often times nostalgia happens in bad relationships or friendships while someone is reminiscing the bad times the other person remembers the good ones. Its better to remember nothing and continue to move forward nostalgia is good but living in it can be damaging and manipulating. Be conscientious of any mental state of nostalgia establishing separating nostalgia and reality....
